[users at bb.net] Make buildmaster eight skip a group of build numbers

I had a disk failure on my buildbot 0.8 buildmaster. I have a backup that is some hours old, so some builds happened after the last backup and links to those build logs might be out there somewhere.

When I restore my backup, is there a way to tell buildmaster to skip e.g. the next 100 build numbers in each queue, so that new build numbers do not overlap with the lost builds that happened after the last backup?
