[Buildbot-devel] Trying to follow tutorial - weird authorization issue

Hi John,

Please have a look at this page of the doc:
http://docs.buildbot.net/current/manual/cfg-statustargets.html#authorization

you need to configure the forceAllBuilds property in authz to make this
functionality available
