I m intereted about this feature (Nightly build only if source changes functionality needed).

Is it merged into a developer tree and which ?

I need to know if a better solution exists (?TimedCheck?) ? 
The weblink to TimedCheck in the ticket 289 gets a 404 error, a new link somewhere ?
