[Buildbot-devel] Error message on commit to Mercurial Repository

Hi!

When I go to push changes I am getting the following error:
searching for changes
abort: 'https://example.com/shg/foo' does not appear to be an hg  
repository!

In my .hg/hgrc I have:

[hooks]
incoming.buildbot = /usr/share/buildbot/contrib/hg_buildbot.py  
hg.example.com:9989

I have tried both hg.example.com and localhost

I suspect that I must be just missing something obvious... but I am  
not finding it.
