[Buildbot-devel] Silly Notification Issue

i'm new to buildbot so, i'm hoping that i'm just doing something
stupid... i'm getting email notifications now, but the 1st url isn't
quite right, here's the notification:

this an issue with my master.cfg file? or maybe something that i need to
fix in builder.py or something? have y'all run into this before? any
