Indeed, hyper is good for hosting the workers, maybe not so good for the
master.
It really depends on your actual load.
The CX20 looks good for a small to medium buildbot load. You might start to
swap if you have larger loads. It is not too much the number of core.
Buildbot load is usually highly single threaded, so lots of core won't help
much. So you want to make sure the single threaded performance is good (is
it high performance xeon, or low cost celerons? ), then the memory can
quickly add-up if you have high peaks of activity. If you have the
opportunity to easily upgrade your VM as you scale, that would be an
important criteria imho.
