[users at bb.net] Builder stuck as yellow in waterfall, but not on its own page?

Hey all,
in 0.8.12, I think I have database problems.  One builder is stuck as yellow
when viewed in the waterfall, and as blank (no color) for the latest build
on the builder's detail page.

Clearly I should just rebuild everything using mysql, but is there
advice for how to diagnose and fix problems like this when using
sqlite?
