[users at bb.net] Using buildbot 0.9rc3 in production

Aha, it turns out I just had to finish some builds, now the console view is
working fine.  As a side note, it would be nice if the waterfall view was
sorted similarly to the console view, as it stands, the columns of the
waterfall view are sorted rather peculiarly.
