[users at bb.net] |version| in documentation

Hello,

I was just looking at the documentation at https://docs.buildbot.net/
current/ and it seems some replacement to insert the version number is not
happening correctly. The page says:

"This is the Buildbot documentation for Buildbot version |version|."

I would also like to comment that it is somewhat unhelpful that the
messages on this list are prefixed by "[users at bb.net]" which is not
actually the email address of the list.
