[users at bb.net] Waterfall and Console Views in Buildbot v9

Hi again,
  Lots of questions today! Now that I have figured out how to get the
latest version up, I'm looking at the default page and have a couple more
probably really basic questions:


   - The Console View does not seem to do anything, just runs a loading
   spinner forever, is this maybe still under development?
   - The Waterfall View looks a bit odd, particularly in Firefox:

   - I see some default, empty configuration for these views in the
   master.cfg, but I cannot seem to find documentation regarding what I might
   fill in here:
      - plugins=dict(waterfall_view={}, console_view={}))
   - Authorization! In buildbot v8 I think there was some setup for this
   out of the box, but I do not see anything for v9; however I do note that
   the web console complains about the web form for the password, even though
   it is not displayed.  I guess this is probably also a config issue?
