Hi all,

I have been working those last few days on the tool originally written by
Misha that is transitioning the trac tickets to Github issue system.

This will help us to get more reports from new users, and definitively
counter the spam issues we have been plagued using trac.

Only the open tickets which are raised after 2014 and are associated to
nine milestones are selected.
The script has the capability to @mention people, and I have taken some
efforts to map most of the trac users to github users
There are ~200 bugs to be transitionned, which will generate as many emails
to the people mention
You will get email for each ticket that is transitioned into the new system
(only for those you commented).

For the tests, I disabled those mentions to avoid spamming too much.

We will be discussing the transition on the next weekly meeting, and I will
propose to execute it next week.
