I am happy to have clarified your doubts.  I hope that your proposal will
clarify mine :)

While preparing your proposal, I'd appreciate that you describe a bit how you
are going to take care of all the bullet points in [1].  Please also make sure
that you have clear intermediate deliveries: I would not really like to see a
project proposal that would say "all or nothing".
