Hi, Arun --

That's not quite the way GSoC works.  Rather, you would propose to
work on an existing project -- in this case, Buildbot.

If MicroHOPE was accepted to GSoC as an organization (it may have been
- I don' t know), then you could apply to that project for a GSoC
project.
