[Buildbot-devel] PerlModuleTest ignores warnOnFailure

Thanks for digging in!

For Buildbot nine might I suggest calling this buildbot step TAPTest
instead of PerlModuleTest?  TAP isn't Perl-specific anymore.  I'm using it
with node for example.  :)
