[Buildbot-devel] Next eight release name (was Re: 0.8.9p1 release)

There's a little more on the eight branch than I'm comfortable putting
into a 'p1' release.  I have no trouble with the idea of shipping
0.8.10 directly.

If we do go with 0.8.9p1 -- and that may be necessary to get some of
these fixes into distro users' hands without implying an upgrade --
then I think it should be made by cherry-picking the bugfixes only
onto the buildbot-0.8.9 branch.
