[Buildbot-devel] Issue customizing webstatus templates

Another piece of information:
I did another test, modifying the original template file root.html in the
buildbot system-wide install folder
The changed are now displayed
It seems like the buildmaster is not "seeing" the locally modified version
of the template.
Verified the files and folder permission and I cannot spot any clear error
on that side
