This is, indeed, a bug, already uncovered by jollyroger: http://trac.buildbot.net/ticket/2587 The only way to get a user with multiple rows in user_info would be to merge two users into one *after* findUserByAttr had created them. This is similar to adding user equivalencies to .mailmap for git. Dustin
