Hey Pierre,

I am sort of stuck on the getting started for devs.
I get the following error

> exceptions.OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
> '/...../buildbot/sandbox/testmaster'

when I run the following command

> buildbot create-master sandbox/testmaster

Do I need to follow the First Run guide first?

Thanks!
