Hi Shashvat,
Despite what I say in the bug, I now think this task is a bit weak for a
GSoC project. ng-translate is quite easy to use, and I don't see how you
would need more that 3 weeks to do the project.
There are a bunch of defects here that you can have an idea of what users
are wanting for the web UI.

We usually ask Gsoc student to complete a chalenge ticket before submitting
