[Buildbot-devel] trac overzealous -- or not?

So I tried to add this comment to
http://trac.buildbot.net/ticket/1764

I think I just reproduced it.  HUP doesn't successfully change
MailNotifier reconfiguration, but stopping and starting does.  (HUP
works for builder reconfiguration.)
This is with v0.8.7p1 plus a few patches.

and Trac said

Submission rejected as potential spam (SpamBayes determined spam
probability of 65.23%)

My IP address was  204.154.109.20

Seems a bit overzealous.  Or was my site sending spam?  It's possible
there was a breakin.

How could I check the reason for the classification?
