[Buildbot-devel] Sharing code between master and slave implementations in Buildbot

There's not - I thought a bit about it when I created that
duplication, and didn't see an easy way.  I promised myself that if we
found additional duplicated code, then it would be time to figure it
out.

I think it could be done with symlinks (which Git will maintain), but
that will cause problems for Windows users, I think.  It will also
make it a little more difficult to build packages, but some hacking in
setup.py could fix that.

A `buildbot-common` package could work, too.
