Python doesn't give us a great way to change this, unfortunately.
It'd be great if SVNPoller would keep its state between restarts,
though, and Jared's work to put ChangeSources into the DB may help
with that.  ChangeSources should have a way to save and restore state,
just like schedulers can.  As a side-benefit, this gets us the ability
to smoothly fail over a ChangeSource from one master to another.

So I'll leave that out there as an open to-do item!
