[Buildbot-devel] multi-master mode & schedulers question

I change it because I ran into a condition where 2 builds ran and finish at
the same time and calling completeBuildset at the same time and one of them
throw the KeyError.

I'll change the db name, I'm wondering how far we are on version 9?. I'm at
pycon will join the buildbot sprint looking forward to learn about this.
