I think that looks pretty good.  I'm not sure why the buildsets DB
connector needed to change?

More importantly, you've added a 'masters' table with a very different
form from that in 'nine', which will make upgrading difficult for you.
 I would suggest at least using a different name for the table.  In
Buildbot-0.9.0, there will only be one URL for all masters, although I
see the need in 0.8.x to have a URL for each.
