[Buildbot-devel] buildbot as Windows service over msys shell

My slave is almost done, I have one more problem to fix. I'm using windows
2008 server and I have a step where I need to change the work dir of my
buildstep but Windows ( my guess, I cant see any message on twist.log of
master nor slave ) do not like the path , the same configuration was
working on Windows XP .

the error message is:

"The directory name is invalid."

I've tried to change backslashes to forward , double backslashes and a lot
of other different attemps but nothing works. I'm sure the path I'm passing
is correct.

Can you suggest me any debugging method or solution?

thank you in advance
