[Buildbot-devel] Triggering a build on all idle red builders?

I doubt this is implemented already -- it's a pretty specific need
(but a good one!)

This would be pretty difficult to hack together, and much more
difficult to do efficiently, in the current web status.  It's the kind
of thing I'd like to enable with nine, though.  It could start life as
a Greasemonkey script (or equivalent); graduate to some custom JS in
your buildbot config, injected by the master; and finally be packaged
and uploaded to pypi as a plugin.
