Reading through README.txt, this looks great.

It'd be good to set a bit more context -- that the example involves
setting up entire hosts (limited to Ubuntu and Cygwin), and
recommending using a virtualization tool like virtualbox to set them
up.

As this gets developed, I think it would help if someone with some
familiarity with Buildbot worked through the tutorial to identify
rough spots and other confusing issues.

John, since you're mentioned in the README.txt, do you think you could
spare the time to do so?
