[Buildbot-devel] ShellCommand on windows7 slave does nothing

Thank you Tom.
I upgraded the slave to Twisted-9.0.0, and buildbot-slave-0.8.7 (wow,
new web site), and now ShellCommand works, although the interactive:
  twistd --nodaemon --no_save -y  Buildbot_slave/buildbot.tac
doesn't output the way the old one did.

My developers fight updating until there is no choice, so I guess here
we are.
