[Buildbot-devel] ShellCommand on windows7 slave does nothing

I'd strongly advies updating both buildbot on twisted.
Twisted 2.5.0 is ~5 years old and 8.1.0 is ~4 years old and
both predate windows 7. 

Similarily, there have been numerous improvements in windows support
in the 5 years sinece buildbot 0.7.6 has been released.

Also, there may be a few other people still using an old version of
buildbot, who may be willing to support such old versions, but we only
officially support the latest version of buildbot.
