The manual is fine, but it's rather a large wall of words
for people who just want to write config files.  Maybe a
subset document, 'Concepts for the impatient', that
was aimed at the guy who doesn't really want to understand
the innards of Buildbot, but was willing to make an effort
as long as all he has to learn is the bare minimum.

i.e. the average user.
