[Buildbot-devel] 0.9.0 development plan

I just updated
  http://trac.buildbot.net/wiki/DevelopmentPlan
to reflect my plans for Buildbot-0.9.0.

This has grown out of a lot of thinking, encouraged by things I
learned at PyCon and at Dave Beazley's Python Concurrency Workshop,
and based on some preliminary work I've done in the 'mq' and 'jsweb'
branches of my repository.

I'd love any feedback on the design.  This is already a huge amount of
work, and I'm anticipating doing most of it myself, so I want to avoid
scope-creep - please keep within the stated goals :)
