[Buildbot-devel] anything like Buildbot-users?

We've had this discussion before (regarding -users) and what it comes down
to is that there's low enough traffic on -devel that we simply encourage
people to ask all questions on that one list for simplicity. Since Buildbot
is inherently a framework, users tend to also be devs (at least in a sense).
