Gaurav, thanks for sending your proposal to the list (and please
subscribe to the list so that your message is not rejected next time).

In order to be competitive, your application will need to demonstrate
a deeper understanding of the issues involved in the project.  Your
timeline, for example, is not at all specific to Buildbot, let alone
to the project you've selected.

This project is a bit risky, too, because there are no Windows experts
currently within the Buildbot community.  As such, you would need to
have all of the windows skill required to solve the problem already.
Your proposal needs to demonstrate that explicitly - what Windows APIs
will you use?  How will you access those from Python?  how will you
use them asynchronously?  What versions of Windows support them?  How
will you handle compatibility with other versions of Windows?

More so than other proposals, this will need some deep technical
detail to be accepted.
