[Buildbot-devel] How to depend on in-repo buildbot now

I've started to use a requirements.txt for pip to pull my own branch of
github, which this is gonna break.

If we're serious about the split of master and slave code, should we put
them in different repos?

Or hack around this by having a setup.py in the top-level dir that's calling
both master and slave setup.py's.
