[Buildbot-devel] Docs links updated

I just moved all of the Buildbot documentation to
  http://buildbot.net/buildbot/docs
and better yet, the latest/ links are kept up to date by the
metabuildbot, so they'll always be 100% up-to-date.

The old docs (hosted at http://djmitche.github.com/buildbot) will
redirect to the new using an HTML meta="refresh" redirect - I don't
think github-pages supports anything more sophisticated.  I've updated
all of the links on buildbot.net to point to the new documentation.

FYI, I've also split what used to be three git branches with no common
ancestor into three separate repositories:
 http://github.com/buildbot/buildbot - the source
 http://github.com/buildbot/bbdocs - historical documentation
 http://github.com/buildbot/metabbotcfg - the metabuildbot configuration
