Slow down!  We just released 0.7.12 a few weeks ago!

No, it's not feature complete, as the schedulerdb changes have not yet
been merged.  The plan from sometime before the 0.7.12 RC cycle
started was to release 0.8.0 once the Jinja and schedulerdb stuff was
ready, and that continues to be the case.

Apologies for complaining about Trac.  The issue is that I don't
target a particular date for a release, since I don't have any power
to affect whether the project does or does not hit that target.  I'm
forced to make up dates so that Trac has something to show you (hence
the use of my birthday).
