I upgraded to buildbot-0.8.0 from git, took down my master, did a
buildbot upgrade-master, and hit bug 732 / 741 [1].  Previous version
was a 0.8.0 version, but I did unfortunately did not record it [2].
I'd noted this before and found the workaround [3].

It seems like 732 is marked fixed.. perhaps it just prevents this
situation from happening in the first place.  Am I doomed to applying
my workaround for every upgrade from this point forward?

I don't mind losing a bit of history, at least at present.  Given that,
could I solve this once and for all by removing state.sqlite?
