I'm actively maintaining it. It's being used extensively by Tahoe and
iPython.. I don't know of any other current users, but I suspect there's
at least one or two of them out there.

Foolscap also makes the auto-reconnect logic a bit simpler (because it's
built-in). Foolscap might be a bit slower than PB.. I haven't measured
it yet.
