It works as expected in my 2 builders.  Neither is the typical scenario 
described in the manual --- one is an "eternal" builder which always 
gets the tip of the repo and reposts a new build request for itself when 
finished, changes or no changes; the other is similar to Try_Jobdir 
except it gets the tip of a particular branch rather then current state 
of a working directory.

There's an unrelated problem with the later case; I already posted here 
about it under the subject "MailNotifier annoyance #2", now I'll file a 
ticket.
