The problem is not so much having code to interface with such systems,
as having someone to maintain that code.  For example, the P4
interface doesn't get much love, because it's not used very often.
I'm particularly hesitant to add a ClearCase interface, since I can't
even run a buildslave against it (since it's proprietary).
