Hi,

Dustin e-mailed me about http://buildbot.net/trac/ticket/339 and I
submitted a revised patch for the error-counting (the inline logs
functionality was accepted).  I don't have the time to edit the docs due
to work pressure, so I'll get to it next week.  The new patch
(err.patch), however, merges the error-counting behavior back into
WarningCountingShellCommand, and it is in unified diff format :)

Let me know if you need anything else besides the doc fixes.
