[Buildbot-devel] require python-2.5 on the server in Buildbot-1.0?

I work on a closed source set of applications developed by/for a
university research team.  We have a roadmap for upgrading to 2.5 that
should take about 3-4 weeks to complete, but to quote my supervisor
"Research sponsors to give money for software maintenance" so it just
sits on the queue.  I agree with the "if it ain't broken, don't fix
it" mantra, but in this specific case the primary motivation is a lack
of resources, which is indicative of the other issues with the
development processes here that I have to deal with.
