[Buildbot-devel] Incorporating environment settings into a factory

What is the best way to add environment variables to be supplied for all steps in a factory ?

I have a factory (with multiple build steps) that runs on Windows and I need to set the VS environment variables.

In a manual build - I source the variables into the shell I'm using and then type make
