This works now in a server too, I believe.  Would appreciate it if some
of you could give it a try and report back.

Note that, as the README describes, for it to work, bzrbuildbot needs to
be installed in the PYTHONPATH, and just the single file in the top
needs to be installed as a plugin.

The GPL file and headers are in there now too.
