I should have been a little more clear.  I was not refering to system
log files.  Basically, what I would like to make it easier to copy the
STDOUT log files that Buildbot already collects for ShellCommand
buildsteps on the master to any arbitrary location.  Currently this
could be done by running a buildslave on the same machine as the master
and have that buildslave go poking in the master's directory for the
files, but I would perfer something a little more elegant that wouldn't
require trying to reconstruct the log filename that Buildbot uses for
its log files.
