Good points.
Buildbot is currently distributed as GPLv2. I haven't had a chance to read
over v3.. I might switch to that in the future, but for now it's v2.
Unfortunately, the only mention of this fact has been a tiny note buried in
the README.
What I've just done:
* put a copy of GPLv2 in the source tree as COPYING
* enhance the note in the README to explicitly declare our GPLv2-ness, and
point to the COPYING file
I'm less eager to add the boilerplate to every source file, mostly because I
find it distracting when reading source code, but I'll think about it.
