I think it is.
The twisted package in Fedora was split (IIIRC in january) but I was
too lazy to find out myself what was the minimal subset needed by
buildbot, so I kept the requirement on the whole twisted.

Yes, if anyone could list them here, I will happily update the Fedora package.
