Yeah, that's the stuff Eric Mangold (teratorn) and I were hacking on at
PyCon.

The prototype buildbot XMLRPC server is in that same repository. It's
hard-coded to live at a URL of /xmlrpc off the waterfall. To play with it,
just run your buildmaster with a PYTHONPATH pointing to a checkout of this
repository.

The longer-term idea is to merge it into the web-parts branch, so that you
could activate the XMLRPC server by just mentioning it in the config file.
