[Buildbot-devel] cruisecontrol.rb-like UI

I'm not sure how hands-on this is. I can't seem to be able to trigger
the template down at
http://buildbot.net/repos/trac-plugin/contrib/trac-plugin/bbplugin/,
at the rest just looks like the waterfall was proxied into trac.
That's probably cool for people in trac, but not so helpful for folks
trying to enhance waterfall without having to concat strings.

I don't find the hook into buildbot though, there seems to be an
xmlrpc call into buildbot, not sure which part in buildbot would
answer it.
