If you can flip the bit for "moderate all messages whose From address
is not a list subscriber", then that tends to be what catches the
stuff the spam filters miss.  (At the cost that you have to skim the
moderation-needed messages mailman sends you as list owner and
manually let through anyone who isn't a subscriber.)
